In recent years, RabbitMQ has introduced several enhancements to simplify the management of Quorum Queues. This talk explores how to leverage these improvements, such as automatic membership reconciliation and member's voter status, to enable safe and automatic node replacement with Quorum Queues.

We will dive into real-world scenarios and best practices for managing Quorum Queues at scale, drawing from my experience operating Quorum Queues in production at Amazon MQ (AWS). Attendees will gain insights into:
